Absolutely a great place to have your automobile taken care of !..They let you know what is wrong and how it is to be repaired and the cost...also how long it will take..they will also give you a lift home & will pick you up when repairs are done!!!!

Frank's Auto is professional in all ways. It was my first time getting service there. What younotice first is the pride and cleanliness that this third generation business show in there professionaldemeanor, clean office and hospitable waiting room. They offered a ride if you need one in the local area.In my situation I went in and gave the authorization to perform more services than necessary. They did not take advantage of that. They gave the car a thorough check and made recommendations for a few repairs. I would trust them in the future based on the service provided.

Quick service and more than fair cost as always.

I had my first visit to Frank's last week. I was very pleased with the complete, professional service I received. Dave expained to me everything that needed to be done to my car and was able to do most of it that same day. And when I stepped into my car I noticed that the front floor had been vacuumed. Wow. I would highly recommend this shop.

Great service, done in one day, my car is back on the road with not only the essentials repaired, replaced, but also revived. I needed a new battery (I think this may have been the original), replaced belts, fluids, etc. and I also asked to have my headlamp covers refurbished (kind of like removing cataracts) as I drive a lot at night alongside large trucks heading back to the valley over the Dublin Grade so I really need to be seen! They also offer a local shuttle service if needed. The shop was clean, well organized and the car finished when promised. I have recently moved back to the area and I now have a good mechanic's shop. Check one more thing off my list of needs, now the hunt for a good hair salon...

I feel that I can trust your work and your recommendations. The work took longer than you estimated but I didn't need to be anywhere else so it was OK.

Everybody always goes out of their way to do extra things. I can't tell you the number of times I have stopped by for ridiculous stuff (like putting on my new wheel covers or sticking back in the plastic grille pieces that fall off) and DJ always makes it perfect and does it with a smile.
