They gave my car a thorough free inspection along with the service that I was paying for. I trust the results. They didn't recommend anything being done right away (except new wiper blades which I already knew) but gave me a heads up on a few things to keep an eye on.

They were knowledgeable, polite and thorough. I appreciated the Courtesy Check sheet to let me know what might be coming up next. The part was not "available at the dealer", so he found a part elsewhere. Good resource. I was driven to my home when I left the car and he picked me up when it was ready.

My car was towed and received good service, even without an appointment. It was test driven several times to make sure that the problem was totally taken care of. When a part needed to be ordered from L.A., I was told when the service would then be completed and provided a loaner car for several days.

Very professional office staff, car was ready on time and work done. I am confused by the diagnosis for cv boots as they were done about a year ago. Did the last place not really do them? Did Franks misdiagnose? I don't know, the car is old. I am tired of putting money into it. I just wanted it to get me to my next move.
