I have excellent service at Frank's Auto. I've been going there for several years and they are unfailingly professional, helpful and courteous. They bring me home after I've left my car for service and take me back when my car is finished.My granddaughter has used their services as well even though she doesn't live in Walnut Creek.As noted below, I would recommend them to anyone without reservation.

It was recommended I get new tires...I went directly to Costco where I got my tires and they said I didn't need tires for at least 5,000 miles and told me I should have been having the tires rotated for nothing with them. No matter I had you rotate them & paid you to do so.Generally I am very satisfied with your service.

I can not say enough about the service I receive. It is always excellent plusthe staff is very friendly.

Went in for my routine service per manufacturer's guidance. As usual the work was performed correctly and economically. Importantly the shuttle service is a great benefit. I will keep returning.

My '91 Toyota pickup had the clutch replaced after 188K miles of service. Especially appreciated the flexibility to utilize replacement parts that I had already purchased and the consideration provided. Clutch feels perfect. Frank's is my go to shop when I want it done right!

Friendly, efficient, reasonable and caring. I even told DJ not to bother vacuuming my car because it was so dirty from the mountains and snow and it was done anyway.
