I wish there were more than 5 stars to give to this amazing team of auto mechanics. I had to have the timing belt/chain on my VW Jetta replaces. Frank's Auto went above and way beyond to get it done, loan me a car while it was being repaired, keeping me informed of the progress, and did not go over the estimated cost even though I know they must have with the specialist they used to get my car in superb working order. When I went to pick up my car I didn't even recognize it as it looked like it did when I drove off the showroom floor. Cleaned inside & out. Not sure what they used on the tires and rims but man did they look great. Any one looking for an awesome honest auto repair shop, go directly to Frank's Auto Shop, you will not be disappointed.

Frank's was recommended by a neighbor when I moved to Walnut Creek in 2014. So glad she did. Easy online appointments and after hours drop offs are convenient. I receive a text with details including photos of recommended repairs. Pricing is fair. Highly recommend them.

Honest answers about appointments. Things covered were as expected, and answers given to additional questions. No surprises, but if there were any, I am confidant they would have called me to inform and allow me to decide. Comfortable courtesy ride and also efficient.
