Prompt response to online request for service appointment and quick phone advisory that car ready for pick-up.
The trouble is my only experience was to deliver the car, pick it up and pay for it. All of this went fine. I have no reason to believe the work wasn't performed as detailed in the statement so I will assume it was. Somehow these surveys need to reflect this uncertainty although I don't know how you would do it.
