Due to a rumbling from the read of my Audi, I thought I needed new rear wheel bearings and Dave Frank agreed. Prior to the work, the technician discovered that my rear tires were "cupped" and that could be making the rumbling noise. I had already scheduled installation of new tires. I appreciated Frank's Auto Service and Repair, Inc. telling me I did not need the work I expected.

I have been lucky to have this excellent service for many years. These people are honest and respectful and have kept my old 1998 car going fine since I bought it. Thanks Dave!

And I can always count on being treated with the utmost respect and getting the best information about what my needs are and what needs to be done first. Having a limited income this is very important to me. It's nice to know you have really knowledgeable people who you can count on.

I am always satisfied with service from Frank's. Courteous, friendly, and reliable. I wish they had a good detail service available! Maybe in the future? I also would appreciate an occasional service discount for returning customers.
