Frank's Auto are people who are good at what they do and better at making sure the customer is satisfied.

There are not enough stars in this ranking for me. I came to these guys in blind faith looking for an auto service I could absolutely trust (being female and not knowing much about cars) and they have earned that trust time and time again. They are honest, reliable, skilled, stand behind their work, and charge fair and honest prices. I view them as my automotive angels.

My family and friends have been using Frank's for over 15 years. They have dealt with seniors and women on a regular basis during all these years of service without making anyone feel stupid or taking advantage of them. I've never had someone take time to explain something to me without being made to feel stupid. Frank's makes you feel important and cared for by an industry not known for this with women or seniors. The owner/ staff have a 5 star rating because they earned it! I've never seen an automotive shop with a service rating anywhere near 5 stars! My vehicles have never needed to go back again after any services, nor any of our friends or family because they know what they're doing. They have a free shuttle service & even once provided a pick up & return of my vehicle. There isn't a kinder or more thorough service of this kind. Thank you all for your superior service!
