Frank’s is great! I checked with them because my tire pressure monitoring system registered a problem. After taking a look when I stopped by, they reassured me it wasn’t a serious problem, and I could still drive the car, but nonetheless they were able to get the car in within the next few days to replace the sensor in the tire, since we have a little road trip coming up this week. They also checked to be sure I wasn’t due for any other service, and had the car ready for pickup that same afternoon. Nice people too!

All of these guys were personable, helpful, timely and always go the extra mile. They helped me with my Mini cooper on several occasions, always sent follow-up texts and they lined me up with one of their affiliates for smog. I'd no doubt be a life long customer here if I wasn't leaving state. Highly recommend for any auto service, whether you know anything about your car or not, they've got you.

Such a pleasant experience! Complete honesty throughout a normal check up and DJ walked me through what needed fixing and what could go for a bit. Will definitely be back (hopefully after another 5k miles) and will highly recommend to friends!

Love the pre-photo issue analysis program they use. Real helpful in understanding what needs to be repaired and why. Treated like a good neighbor. Trent is very knowledgeable & very through. Glad I found a great automotive facility in “my neighborhood “!
