DJ and crew walked me through the choices for protecting the cat converter on my 2010 Prius, since 2 nearby neighbors lost theirs in broad daylight a couple blocks away, Saranap portion of Walnut Creek. I elected the stainless steel, which is the most difficult for thieves. Charge was as quoted and competitive with one other shop I checked. Very happy, have used Frank’s for about 15 years. JC

The warning light on my Mercedes came on indicating there was a problem with the battery or alternator. Trent fit me in and got the problem solved promptly within 24 hours despite the fact that the shop was quite busy and their schedule filled. The work done was outstanding and Trent service was equally exceptional.

Frank’s did a pre-purchase inspection and produced a reliable report on the car. They also checked on 2 issues a dealer’s service department cited for repairs. Frank’s inspection found the parts to be working properly and thoroughly explained the parts purpose and how they should function. I no longer trust dealer service departments and am glad to have found an honest local business to support.
