I am super impressed by Frank's Auto Service. I have a 2005 Acura and it needed some fluid maintenance as well as a new timing belt and spark plugs. Making an initial appointment was easy and timely and the follow up appointment to get the servicing done was available days out, rather than weeks, which is what I was hearing from other shops. Staff was very friendly on the phone and in person. As a woman who knows next to nothing about cars, the entire experience was smooth. They are a trustworthy shop and I will continue to get my car serviced there in the future.
