This shop offered me detailed advice on a transmission question even before I was a paying customer. They were honest and didn't pressure me to pursue any services even though they could have. A 10 minute conversation over the phone with them provided me with more useful information about my transmission issue than any other auto shop was able to provide. I'll certainly be returning in the future.
