i don't normally take the time to write reviews, but having been a customer of frank's auto service for well over a decade i thought it time to inform whom it may concern that frank's does an outstanding job of taking care of their customers... i drive more than the average person, & admittedly am not mechanically inclined... i trust frank's to service my vehicle completely & as stated, for well over a decade i know when they come & pick me up to retrieve my car, i'm confident that whatever the service was i may have required at that time, it will have been completed to perfection! they also are diligent to inform me of preventative care necessities rather than allow matters to become more serious... i have recommended frank's to everyone who asks me if i know a reliable & trustworthy vehicle service operation... they may charge slightly more than discount operations, but the value of their service is unparalelled!

I had my check engine light come on after already having another repair mechanic look at it. They got the light off but they felt that the problem wasn’t fixed and really looked into it. Not only that but they took care of my warranty company and I didn’t have to do anything. They also gave me a loaner car because my warranty only gave me a week rental.

I have been very happy with the service I have received at Frank's Auto for the past several years. Everyone there is efficient and polite. I highly recommend them for your auto service.
