I think the guys at Frank's Auto in Walnut Creek are the BEST! They are polite, efficient & knowledgeable! Their shop is always organized & clean! I couldn't be more grateful for their service!

I had a great experience at Frank’s. It was easy to get an appointment, the communication was clear and detailed the work was done on time. I like that they keep track of the work you have done and can pull information from carfacts when needed. They have text enabled communication, the diagnostic reports came in a website link and the invoice over email for easy storage. I had a routine 60k service done, which included oil change, spark plug, break fluid, and engine and intake fuel treatment. The price was competitive for the area I live in.
