Found them listed on RepairPal as a certified shop. Then a neighbor happened to also recommend them. I went for a visit and asked them for a second opinion about a repair another shop told me my car absolutely "had to have" right away (for $1,200!). Frank's was skeptical that my car actually needed this work. That was enough for me to want to try them out. As a new customer, I was very pleased to get a detailed printout about my car along with my oil change. I plan to use Frank's going forward and have shared my experience with my friends.

We've been taking our vehicles to Frank's for over a decade. They have been consistent, reliable, and fair. The are always ale to get our vehicles in when needed, whether it's an urgent issue, or prescheduled maintenance. They keep thorough records, and never try to perform work that isn't immediately necessary. At this point they know our vehicles well, and I trust that the work done is top quality!
