So thankful to have Frank's nearby! I've taken three cars in for service and have always felt I was treated fairly and respectfully. To me, one of the most important factors when moving to a new area is finding a mechanic you can trust. I had one car that was having some of those mysterious electrical problems that come and go. I brought it in, and the technicians worked on it for a few hours, but were unable to locate any problems. A less reputable mechanic would have made up a problem and charged an arm and a leg to fix. A fair mechanic would have charged me for their time. Frank's, a mechanic that earned my repeat business, didn't charge me anything. Just said to bring it in again if it started acting up again and they'd take another shot at it. Note that if your car needs work done, it could take as long as a week or two to get it in. But, that's because it's where everyone that lives in the area brings their cars for trusted service.
