I went to Frank's first with a question about my car. They answered it honestly and told me to come back in a few months. Only an honest company would do that. They could have told me it had to be done right away. I immediately liked and trusted Fank's. And the convenience of driving me home and picking me up when my car was ready was such a bonus. They did an excellent, honest job of putting new brakes on my vehicle. They pointed out other things that need to (eventually) be done to my vehicle that were not immediate needs. They were friendly, polite, and helpful in answering my questions. I will definitely return to Frank's Autobody when my vehicle next needs service.
