Really good. Very detailed analysis of car with online form of what they found. Each area has costs laid out. They answer your questions in terms you can understand and are very helpful and knowledgeable. Straightforward, courteous, work done ahead of schedule. Car drives great. Definently recommend.

I would rate Frank's with 5 stars and an exclamation point! My car just had an unexpected repair which would have caused me to cancel a planned road trip. I went to Frank's on Thursday to show them the problem. Trent and team were able to get my car in first thing Friday morning and repair that same day. I did not have to cancel my road trip and the service, as usual, was impeccable. I would not hesitate to recommend Frank's Auto!! Hometown feel with tremendous customer service. Kenneth, the Shuttle Driver, also deserves special mention for being courteous, pleasant and prompt!! Thank you, Frank's!!
