We've been going to Frank's for many years. DJ and Trent will always let us know what is needed, and what is suggested before doing any work on the cars. They respond quickly to texts and phone calls. It's nice to have a mechanic that knows our cars and communicates regularly when the vehicles are being worked on, and they never push unnecessary work on us. Highly recommend Frank's Auto!

I tend to favor family-owned businesses because, in my experience, they offer that extra care that people tend to do when they have their family's name to protect. D.J., who has coordinated most of my visits to Frank's, is the grandson of the founder and he and Frank's Auto employees never disappoint: friendly, competent, clear service without trying to sell me something I don't need or want. A-plus enterprise.
