My 1998 Lexus LS 400 had electrical charging problems. DJ and the team at Franks patiently tested it over several days before the problem resurfaced. Then they replaced the altinator, but at no charge as it was covered under a warantee from 3+ years ago! That is honesty, pure and simple, as well as GREAT service.
