Really good. Very detailed analysis of car with online form of what they found. Each area has costs laid out. They answer your questions in terms you can understand and are very helpful and knowledgeable. Straightforward, courteous, work done ahead of schedule. Car drives great. Definently recommend. Update: 4 months after service My car showed some lights on that it needed servicing again. I thought this was strange since I don't drive this car (less than once every 2 months currently). DJ said to come on in and they would check it out. When I got there the lights were off. They checked my fluids anyways and computer for any errors, it was fine. They lubed up a window because it sounded funny. All in all I was surprised it was ok, then I Googled unused cars and it seems that it was my error, I need to drive it around the block a few times a week, oops! Great service as always, car is in good shape, I just need to keep it that way! A big thank you to DJ, very helpful! :D

What a great auto service. I love the fact that they have all the info on my vehicle. They don’t try to convince me I need something. They have a conservative approach, but realistic at the same time. I trust them. As a senior, I need a business that I can trust and they have been that auto service. My car has over 150,000 miles and is doing well!

I used to go to a large Toyota Service center, and though they were nice, there didn't seem to be any oversight when reps were taking advantage of customers. With Frank's Auto Service, I felt they had my best interest at heart. I really like the welcome package that outlined their service standards and definitions of terms so that we were talking the same language. I only wish I had it before my service was completed so that I didn't have to ask so many questions about the services that I needed.
