On an interstate move, our car had a major engine breakdown and we got it towed into Frank's since they were listed as a shop in our extended warranty. The staff was extremely helpful in working with the warranty company and even went to bat to ensure that the appropriate services would be covered. Trent was super responsive by text message with updates on the progress of the repairs. I will be going back here for repairs, and would 5/5 recommend it to a friend!
