I've been going to these guys for years and years and I trust them, and they do good work and are always pleasant and very very helpful! I would recommend them to anyone.

Frank"s is a very good place to take your car. They recently changed my oil. When I asked about needing a spark plug replacement they looked in their records and said I had one 2 years and didn't need one. Yet, a month ago the Ford dealer said I needed to change them. Franks also told me they were monitoring my fluids and that perhaps next time I might need to replace some. At Frank's you know they manage to balance the best interest of the vehicle and the owner.

Trent & company were professional and communicated promptly throughout the entire process, including the specific repair & price. We’d certainly go back if we weren’t moving.

I am very pleased with the service I get at Frank's Auto. They are honest and reliable. I am especially grateful for the ride service to and from Rossmoor.

You helping us right away with our "transmission" problem and sent us to WC Ford for further diagnosis. It looks like they finally received a new transmission this morning and we'll hopefully have the car back later today.
