My daughter drove up fron L.A. and her vehicle overheated during the drive. Franks took the car without an appointment, did a complete diagnostic to determine the problems, completed some minor service for the return trip the next day and recommended specific Honda warranty service follow up . Emergency service in one day was appreciated. The most important aspect of their service is their honesty. They do not recommend unnecessary services , unlike dealers, and charge a resonable rate. I am grateful to have them in the neighborhood.

The service is dependable, thorough, and honest. I always know I can trust that the work will be done right and for a fair price. They consult with me before doing anything that would cost extra and give me a straightforward assessment about what needs to be done now versus what can be postponed. The staff is all friendly and professional. I wouldn't dream of using anyone else to service my used cars.

I have always felt well cared for at Franks. The only thing not thrilled with is having to make my appointments on line. I like to ask question and explain my needs, I also need rides, yes it is easier for you but not me your customer. Yes I am old and appreciate the one on one service you used to have..
