The repairs are well done, and they leave your car cleaner than when you brought it. They freely give honest advice that isn't always to their benefit, and because of that, I am now a dedicated patron.

We arrived at Franks' garage at 9 A.M. After the required paper work about repairs,customers were taken to their homes promptly. In the afternoon,we were picked up at home after We a telephone alert, and we spent only a few minutes paying the bill and making plans for further repairs, before we were free to drive home.

Excellent Service as always! Not only are they friendly and polite, they are very thorough.....they check everything even when you only go in for an oil change!I am grateful that a great company is located in such close proximity to where i live and work.I highly recommend them......and they are over 60 years strong!

Always have a good experience at Frank's. Service is straightforward. They do what they say they will do, offer suggestions but I never feel pushed, and when I leave things are fixed and I can depend on them. Friendly, honest, local business that I've been going to for quite a while and always leave satisfied.

The drive home at 9am went well. However, I had great difficulty with not knowing when the car would be done. If I'd known it would be so late I would have planned to do something, instead of just waiting.
