Walnut Creek Auto Repair

We just moved our office to downtown Walnut Creek, and yesterday was the first time I used Frank's Auto Service and Repair, Inc. for my "ancient" high-mileage Saturn. They drove me to and from my office, the service was first-class, the problems with my car were solved promptly at a very fair cost, and they were extremely pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Frank's was so right -- I needed new tires! My car rides like a new car. They found me a great deal on tires, made sure it was balanced and aligned, and did it in less time than promised. My daughter is learning to drive and I feel so much safer now.

My service was absolutely excellent. I was greeted with a neighborly smile at the desk and was checked in. The waiting room is immaculate, warm and seasonally decorated. I was taken home in their comfortable shuttle and was notified by phone when my car would be ready.When the car was ready I was notified and was picked up and brought back to the shop. The service men were all neat and clean. I was handed the bill and the courtesy check sheet for the underhood inspection. All was in order. The car windows were bright and shining, the car interior was clean and it ran like a top! My whole experience was one of careful and expert attention to detail, cheery pride in their work, all with the utmost politeness. I would and do recommend Franks's to anyone looking for expert, thorough service. !

All paperwork ready to go at time of appointment. Heater blower went out during cold snap, same-day fix, courtesy rides provided to/from home.What could be better?
