I have three cars and a boat trailer that Frank's handles. They work perfectly all the time. Enough said.

After over forty years, not much has changed. It is still the same first rte service that I havew lways received.

My family and I have never been disappointed by the great service at Frank's.

As always, I was very pleased with the service I received. All of my concerns were checked and answered.

I had a 70,000 mile check and a leaky water pump was discovered, as well as a few minor things which were quickly remedied. I was glad to know about the faulty water pump to avoid the engine overheating at a later time. Friendly, helpful, and thorough service has been my experience for the three years i have been going to Frank's Auto.

On Dec 23, I called because my 98 Toyota started with difficulty the previous morning and I was concerned something was wrong. I brought it in within the hour and I was pleased how they tested it many times for starting problems and then decided to clean out some soot build up that could have been part of the problem. They tested the battery and other parts so eliminated both the starter & battery as not being the problem.

I was pleased to find that I did not require brakes as originally thought. Also, no need to replace the oil sending light and replacement of all fluids as suggested by the Dealer. I'm happy that I found Frank's to accomplish all my future auto repairs. They certainly will not recommend repairs that are unnecessary.

We just moved our office to downtown Walnut Creek, and yesterday was the first time I used Frank's Auto Service and Repair, Inc. for my "ancient" high-mileage Saturn. They drove me to and from my office, the service was first-class, the problems with my car were solved promptly at a very fair cost, and they were extremely pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
