Dropping the car off in the morning before work, I was early (7am) and was anticipating having to fill out the form and leave my keys. The guys were also getting a jump on the day, and brought me into the shop to take care of my service request. GREAT start.They did a complete check of a older F150 I'd purchased over the weekend. It has over 220k miles on it, and I was expecting a laundry list of issues. There were some, but the guys took their time, went through it in detail and then gave me a very clear priority list of what needed to be done. The truck was actually in pretty good shape, and needed a new gasket, brakes, and a valve cleaned.They didn't charge me for the assessment, and even topped off the transmission fluid so that I could use the truck over the weekend before bringing it back in on Monday for the work to be done.Monday afternoon, they called to let me know that when doing the brake work, they discovered that they could fix another minor issue, but that it would involve a little more shop time. (no parts needed). I agreed, and picked up my truck the next day.Great service, great communication... I feel very lucky to have discovered a shop that operates like this.
