Franks has serviced my car since my move to Walnut Creek six years ago. I feel confident that my car is well cared for. The employees are friendly and courteous. It is a big help that they take you home and pick you up. My car is 14 years old and runs like it is brand new.

These guys are great, and they get five stars from me AND CarTalk's Mechanics Files. If they tell me something needs to be done, I know it does. They also tell me when something can wait, but will need attention in the future. A few times they've unexpectedly needed to keep my van overnight and they supplied me with a loaner. They are both professional and friendly, a great combo!!
