Frank's Auto Service and Repair, Inc. is the best repair shop I've been to in many years. I've been their customer for 7 years and would go nowhere else. They are courteous and knowledgeable and seem to be able to fix any kind of a problem my car gets. Many people in my community use them and I have never heard a complaint, only compliments.

Always the best service in the WC area. You can always trust Dave and DJ to give you an honest and fair charge on the outstanding work that their staff does.

I have used Franks' my self on several occasions for service and found them to be reasonable,reliable and helpful with questions regarding my vehicle. They were personable and willing tohelp getting me to and from work while my care was there for service. The most honest guys I know and they tell you the problems before they happen on the road which saves me the tow truck! timely manner of work done with the check up of tires and safety of car functions. I was totally pleased with the service on my Honda Fit yesterday. I had decided to ask for an oil change because it was so convenient to where I worked. And then when I went to pick up my car yesterday afternoon, I was pleased to find the comprehensive overall inspection stats. Being a single woman, it's important to have someone tell me when my tires need air, rotation, etc. So thanks for a beautiful experience. I'll be seeing you again. Anna Worden
