ON TIME (VERY IMPORTANT FOR ME!!)....EXPLAINED WHAT THEY HAD DONE AT THE END WITH SUGGESTIONS FOR FUTURE CARE. NICE WAITING ROOM.

My experience with Frank's Auto was just fine. They accepted my car in a timely manner and repaired it quickly. I cannot comment on the reasonableness of the price. To do so I would have had to taken it to another garage and gotten another estimate. I suspect it would have been no less. Four stars because there is always some uncertainty.

Per usual, service outstanding, rates very reasonable, timing perfect. As an older woman, it is especially important to feel I can fully trust theses people. Thank you.P.S. Love the humorous ads!
