Great service, reasonable prices, and great service. (I know, I listed that one twice, but I've been places where it felt like I was a bother, and I never felt like that here. Also, they're prompt, and do excellent work.)

The auto service was excellent as usual. The premises and staff were immaculate and courteous as usual. I can always count on Dave and his staff to do an excellent job on my car. They are reliable and honest.

As always, my experience was top notch. For years, my passenger side window wouldn't behave - it went up and down, but never set right and had to be manually pushed into the seal so it wouldn't whistle at high speeds. We just gave up on it and taped over the button. Then tragedy struck - the driver side window started making a grinding noise and wouldn't go up all the way. That was a real danger since our car is one of the most often stolen models.Within 24 hours, both windows were fixed and one mirror which had been knocked askew by the previous owner but never fixed was seated more properly. I was *offered* the option of spending an additional $100 or so to replace that mirror, but never, ever pressured which is part of what makes Frank's Auto the great service providers they are. And after 10 years of not opening that passenger-side window, we now have 4-way ventilation. Thanks, team!
