Having the loaner car enabled me to get my wife to BART so she could handle a family emergency in SF..an unexpected benefit really eased our situation.. The report on work done was remarkably detailed which was a positive. I was staggered by the labor cost, but, then, the explanation of the work done provided some support for those costs. BJ was courteous and offered some explanations that were helpful. Honoring my $50 coupon ended the whole transaction on a positive note. The car sounded so much better and ran so well that I was so engrossed in this experience that I forgot to stop and buy milk!
